This is the Main Menu screen for RTO Plus.Net. After most operations, you will be returned to this menu.

Payments are the most often used function in RTO Plus.Net. Here is a sample payment screen.

After posting a payment or other cash transaction, you have the option of splitting the payment up using multiple sources. It also calculates the customer's change, if any.

When ceating a new agreement, this screen allows you to select items, terms, rates, and other info pertaining to the agreement.

The Update Customer is where manual adjustments to agreement terms can be performed.

This screen is your delinquency list. Delinquency may be sorted and selected by several criteria.

On screen collections start here. Simply double clicking a phone number will select the agreement you wish to work and bring up the actual Work Delinquency screen.

This is the actual Work Delinquency screen. Notes, commitments, and other information may be entered here as well as field collection letters printed and customer information updated.

The End Of Day should be run every day. This is the EOD display screen that details income, rentals, terminations and other daily information.

Store Statistical information is very important to an efficient Rent to Own operation. This screen displays various status so you can make wise management decisions.

Most stores have expenses that must be paid out from time to time, such as gas for the delivery vehicle. This screen is the Payout (Store Expense) screen.

Other income can come in many different ways. This screen is one of two screens that allows you post other income that isn't associated with a specific customer agreement.

You may post store notes here. A "tickler" of sorts, 30 minutes prior to an appointment, the software will alert you to the fact that you have a note and it should be reviewed.

If your operation is involved with a Home Office, this screen shows the communications operations functions (ie file transfer).

RTO Plus.Net allows you to print price tags for your inventory with a large choice of pre-defined fields you select.

Inventory barcode/label printing is a snap with RTO Plus.Net for Windows and printing can start with any label on the page eliminating wasted labels.

Fingerprint readers can be either stand alone or integrated into the keyboard. Store security is enhanced with another first from RTO Plus.Net. Users log-in to the system via biometrics (fingerprint) readers. You decide how to set up the system with either no security, use fingerprints only, use both fingerprints and passwords or just passwords only.

Customer receipts can include a logo from your company at the top of the receipt. Also, "specials" coupons can be optionally printed at the bottom of your selected receipts. RTO Plus.Net for Windows allows for up to 6 different active coupons to perform different tasks plus a logo image for a total of 7. We borrowed this coupon from a craft store.
