For 2009, complete Pay Day Loan creation is now included with RTO Plus.Net for Windows. These routines allow you to create Pay Day Loan agreements, generate Pay Day Loan only reports, accounts receivable and delinquency control, and many other Pay Day Loan functions.

	What's New for 2009!
	Below is a partial listing of enhancements ready for use for the 2009 version with more on the way:

	When utilizing select small receipt printers, up to 6 different "coupon" images can optionally be printed in addition to your company logo. For example, when a customer pays an agreement off, a "Paid In Full Discount" coupon can be printed along with his final payment receipt. Or with a new rental, you can print a "New Customer Referral" coupon for his references. Or when a customer makes a payment, your company logo can be printed on the customer's receipt. Its up to you.
	Biometrics has come to the Rent To Own industry! RTO Plus.Net for Windows is first again in offering a new technology to the industry...user fingerprint recognition routines for security within the software. 	Price Tag batch printing routines from within Terminations, Add Inventory, and Update Item with suggested rate, term, and cash price editing and a multitude of printable fields available. 	Automated inventory barcode scanning routines with reconciliation against in-stock inventory reporting overages as well as shortages. Barcodes can be based on the item number, serial number or your in-house identification or skew number. Click here to read more about the Metrologic bar code reader s. These barcode readers are serial devices and as such, require a dedicated serial port. If no serial port is available, Belkin makes a USB to Serial convertor, Model F5U409 (or compatible) USB to Serial converter cable, that performs per spec with regard to Windows XP Pro, Windows Server 2003, Windows Terminal Services (remote desktop) as well as Windows Vista. 	Simplified inventory label printing routines either on demand, upon agreement termination, or when receiving new inventory and can be printed in batches or just a single label.
	Inventory label start print location is set by the user so as not to waste partial label sheets.
	Also for 2009, complete Check Cashing routines are now included with RTO Plus.Net for Windows. These routines include simple customer check cashing features whereas a fee is deducted from the cashed check. Also, full blown Pay Day Loan agreement creation, maintenance, reporting, and account control is included.
	When adding new inventory, drop down lists give the user prior manufacturers, models, and costs that have been utilized in the past giving the latest item cost for a given model at the top of the cost list. When the user selects a brand, for example, all item models and costs associated with that particular brand and item category are listed. If a desired brand, model, or cost is not in the list, the user simply types in the new values required.
	RTO Plus.Net for Windows has the functionality to install multiple store locations onto a single computer for operations that have a central computer processing center. This keeps each location's information separate yet multiple computers aren't required. Our Home Office version performs a similar function but the extra expense of purchasing the Home Office version and the purchase of local computers can be avoided if information consolidation and data downloads aren't needed and if all transactions are posted at one location. There are quite a few Backyard Barn companies that have operations set up in a manner such as this. There are licensing issues that need to be discussed using these modeling methods.
	Multiple stores can be setup in such a way as to share inventory and customer information on a single computer in a central processing center without the need of purchasing Microsoft Server 2003 assuming that all transactions are entered at that central processing center. The central computer can then access inventory that "belongs" to any location and can also post payments, create new rental agreements, perform collection activities, and pursue all other account maintenance on accounts that are associated with each location.
	Its up to the end users as to which data sharing model to install and setup. Should a different data access structure be needed in the future, the information can be easily extracted and installed onto computers at the actual physical locations of the stores in question. Again, be sure that you understand the licensing issues involved with multiple location installations in each installation scenario.
	Auto-Debit agreement field for recurring credit card charges and a tickler alerting the user to review the agreements.
	Store data is available for upload via standard modem, to a virtual drive with a static IP address, or to services such as XDrive or IDrive.
	A new 4th printer per workstation is now assignable for graphics intensive printing such as price tags and inventory labels.
	Create agreements for NSF checks to allow for late fees, NSF fees, due dates, etc.
	Item Keep Report that displays/prints information based on the rental date in relation to the termination date. Reports can be selected on any date range and can include just a single type of termination or all terminations.

Already included in the 2008 version of RTO Plus.Net for Windows, below is a partial listing of enhancements already implemented:

	An updated Word Processor with an over 190,000 word spell checker and integrated graphics and text for use in solicitations and delinquency control.

	Option to send a payment receipt to the customer via e-mail.
	Posting late fees alone offers the opportunity to advance the due date while in the payment screen.
	External backup routines to an inexpensive removable drive stick.
	Automated software update download and installation procedures.
	Automated restore of internal backup.
	Integrated mapping for the customer's physical address or any other address you wish.
	Imaging support now includes all Twain compliant devices...digital cameras, web cams, scanners, etc.
	Tip of the Day for motivation and inspiration.
	Adjusting the Projected Next Due Date in the Payment Screen will now give the amount to collect to advance to that date. Useful in multiple agreement posting without resorting to trial and error.
	Enhanced Sales Tax reports based upon zip codes.
	Complete cost and model histories available when receiving inventory based on item, manufacturer, and model.
	Expanded screens to take advantage of Vista technology.
	A new Early Buyout Report reflecting the amount owed versus the amount collected versus the income generated.
	The ability to switch between agreements easily from within Work Delinquency (on screen collections).
	Suggested To Do report for daily activities.
	Customer name and address export utility in a tab delimited, ASCII format for 3rd party mail-outs and other solicitation or marketing purposes. Can optionally include customer references as well.
	Field Collection receipt verification and reporting.
	Step by step user networking instructions. Networking is, of course, provided at no extra cost with RTO Plus.Net, unlike our competitors.
